50km – It is recommended that you have as a minimum trained/raced at high mileage volume for the event or in the past. It is an ideal first Ultra and open to anybody but we would recommend that the minimum mileage to train for this event is 40 miles a week training over 10 weeks.
100km- The minimum experience is that runners have completed at least 1 road/trail marathon or above in the last 18 months. When you enter you will be asked for information to evidence this (Date and name of race).***
