How’s my training going ?Its winter time, but I wont stop and rest i will use the winter to get myself strong for the up and coming Fell season. Fell is going to be my major focus this year but I have one eye on the Manchester Marathon too. I also use several weight-training exercises to improve my upper body and core strength. Having good muscle tone and posture is vital for maintaining fast efficient technique. This is especially important to be able to perform when you are tired and your technique can falter. Please see videos below for evidence of these. Some moves are easier than others but all can be achieved with time and patience.

This is a very worthy charity and offers amazing facilities and respite for both patients and families
